Audi R8 Review and Driver Rating

The Audi R8 is the flagship product from Audi motors.  It's top of the line model is perfect for the sports car lover who is looking for a two seat rocket.  The 2015 R8’s dramatic exterior styling remains one of its key features due it being eye-catching, allowing it to stand out in public. Its cabin, however, is a weak point due to uncomfortable seats and a dated infotainment system that is “a big step down from the latest MMI interface that comes in the new A3.”

Cutting-edge performance remains the strongest suit of the 2015 Audi R8 particularly with the larger V-10 engine and the seven-speed dual-clutch automatic, which is the most potent of all variants. The car handles extremely well with a lot of grip thanks to its all-wheel-drive system and aggressive chassis tuning. Its acceleration is impressive with either engine, giving the car strong straight line performance particularly when equipped with the seven-speed dual-clutch automatic. However, this comes at the cost of ride quality since the R8 rides rough compared to its competitors.
